Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Ordered online and returned a few items at the store. The local diesel store accepts the purchase and does not give an itemized receipt, half of the returned items are not processed and refunded.

Now i have to wait and see if i get the items back again in one piece. Return policy clearly say everything can be returned, now the customer service rep is like you should read the entire terms of service. customer service is a JOKE, they are just parrots reading off of a script. the same script repeat over and over again, i almost feel sorry for them.

Amazon always! this is why diesels will die ! zero customer service.

never ordering again., ever. and will make sure that everyone I know does not order.
