Poor customer service, unreturned calls, nonresponsive to messages...these are the comments on their facebook page. I have tried to email 5 top marketing executives at Diesel and each time I get the email returned with the message "Your message couldn't be delivered to the recipient because you don't have permission to send to it.
Ask the recipient's email admin to add you to the accept list for the recipient." So, the company which takes an obvious political jab with the "Make Love Not Walls" marketing campaign apparently found it necessary to wall themselves off from customers' emails. Hey, Diesel...why don't you lead the way and take down your walls!
