I ordered a pair of jeans from Diesel and they sent me a different branch of jeans. I only realized this after throwing away the packaging of the jeans and throwing the jeans into the washing machine.
When I pulled the jeans out, I realized they were of a different brand entirely. They looked very similar to Diesel jeans, so it was hard to notice unless looking at the label inside the jeans. I called customer service, sent them photos of the jeans and shipped the jeans back.
They told me they will not refund me since I no longer have the tag and plastic packaging that wrapped the jeans. It's pretty disgusting that I'm expected to lose money on a pair of jeans that isn't even the right brand when they are the ones who made the mistake in the first place.
